Will the agent replace my receptionist?
No. The goal is to handle the calls your team can't reach in time. Routine bookings, after-hours, and overflow ring-outs go to the agent. Complex requests transfer live to your staff.
Does it integrate with the booking software I already use?
Where the platform supports it, yes. We build a direct integration so the agent can read your calendar and write bookings back. If your platform has an API, we can usually integrate.
What languages can it speak?
